somehow, we try to answer : "i will become good person". or "i will become rich person". or i will build some company to hire thousands people and create million field working. or "become a owner some company". etc...

yes, these good answer. the reason is how we prepare and develop our competency start now. once important competency is how we conquer our selves. or it called leadership competency for hold on our bad action.. likely like ali bin abi tholib said : "people who known their God (who). so that, they known their selves..."
